Mila Khomiak is a licensed Florida civil litigation attorney who specializes in the prosecution of complex litigation matters, specifically, protection of privacy rights for models and talent in the fashion and entertainment industry. Mila comes to us with vast experience in the areas of business litigation, mortgage lending, and consumer finance litigation.
Mila has successfully represented major U.S. banks, loan servicers, and investors against claims arising under federal laws and state fair lending and deceptive trade practice. Using combinations of negotiation, litigation and alternative dispute resolution, Mila has cost-effectively resolved disputed claims for clients in a wide variety of unique and challenging cases.
Mila has tried an extensive amount of bench trials and participated in class action lawsuits with a very high success rate. Mila prides herself in high client satisfaction and makes sure her clients’ needs are met with utmost detail, attention, and strong legal strategy.
Mila attended University of Toronto in Canada and graduated with an Honors Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Political Science. She then earned a Juris Doctor degree from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, Florida, where she was an Articles Editor for the Intercultural Human Rights Law Review.
